Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your SecureVault account by requiring something you know (password) and something you have (your phone).
Setting Up 2FA
Go to Settings > Security and click 'Enable MFA'. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) and enter the verification code.
Backup Codes
When you enable 2FA, you'll receive backup codes. Store these securely - they're your way back into your account if you lose access to your authenticator app.
Using 2FA
After enabling, you'll need to enter a code from your authenticator app each time you log in, in addition to your password.
