SecureSign is a zero-knowledge encrypted password manager. Securely manage all your website and service credentials with a single master password. This guide covers everything from setup to daily use.
Step 1: Access SecureSign
Click 'Products' > 'SecureSign' in the navigation, or enter /credentials in the address bar. Login is required—you'll be redirected to the login page if not signed in.
Step 2: Set Master Password
A master password dialog appears on first access. This password becomes the encryption/decryption key for all stored passwords. It's never stored on the server—only kept in browser session memory. You'll need to re-enter it after page refresh. Store it securely and never forget it.
Step 3: Add Passwords
Click the 'Add' button in the top right. In the dialog, enter: Label (site/service name), URL (website address, domain auto-extracted), Username (ID/email), Password (type or auto-generate), TOTP Secret (for 2FA, optional), Notes (optional), Category. Click 'Save' to encrypt with AES-256-GCM client-side and store on the server.
Step 4: Use Password Generator
Click the generator button next to the password field to auto-generate strong passwords. Configure length (8-64 chars), uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters. Password strength is shown in 5 levels. Copy generated passwords to clipboard.
Step 5: Search and Filter
Type in the search bar to filter by label or domain in real-time. Use category filters for 'Work', 'Personal', etc. Set favorites (heart button) and filter to see frequently used passwords only.
Step 6: Edit and Delete
Click edit to modify password entries. Use the copy button to copy passwords to clipboard (auto-decrypted). Click delete for permanent removal after confirmation. Deleted passwords cannot be recovered.
Step 7: Category Management
Create categories to organize passwords systematically. Set name, icon, and color (HEX code). Examples: 'Social Media' (blue), 'Banking' (green), 'Email' (red), 'Work' (purple).
