MedNote Usage Guide

MedNote securely encrypts and manages medical records. Systematically record medications, allergies, appointments, emergency contacts, and vital signs.

Step 1: Access MedNote

Select 'MedNote' from the 'Products' menu or enter /mednote. Login is required.

Step 2: Record Types

MedNote manages 5 types of medical data: Medications (drugs, doses, schedules), Allergies (drug/food/environmental), Appointments (date, doctor, location), Emergency Contacts (family/physician), Vital Signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature).

Step 3: Add Records

Click 'New Record' and select the type. Type-specific forms appear. Setting an encryption password encrypts all medical information with AES-256-GCM.

Step 4: Search and Filter

Search by record type, date, or keyword. View overall medical record summaries on the dashboard. Click individual records for details.

Step 5: Share Records

Securely share medical records with trusted doctors or family. Set expiration and password on share links to restrict access.

Step 6: Use the Dashboard

View current medications, upcoming appointments, and vital sign trends at a glance on the MedNote dashboard. Keep records updated regularly for accuracy.
