Changing your plan

Changing your plan is easy and can be done at any time from your account settings.

Upgrading

To upgrade, go to Settings > Billing and select your desired plan. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.

Downgrading

When downgrading, you'll keep your current plan features until the end of your billing period. Make sure you're within the new plan's limits before downgrading.

What Happens to My Data?

Your encrypted data remains safe regardless of plan changes. If you exceed limits after downgrading, you'll need to delete some content to continue creating new memos.
